Where does the code go?

Recently, I searched for setting the ticket quantity at 1 instead of zero in the shopping cart, which Josh gave the JScript workaround. What is not known is exactly where this script should be inserted. Any suggestions?

Hi,

This can be added to your child theme’s functions.php file using an SFTP or FTP client (e.g. FileZilla, Cyberduck) or a site specific plugin:
