Where did the Android app go??

I click the link to install the Android app…

“We’re sorry, the requested URL was not found on this server.”

I can’t find it by searching for it from the Play store either.

This app was part of my purchasing decision for Event Espresso. Where has it gone, and when will it be back?

Hi,

Thanks for reporting this, we were not aware there was a problem, but I concur that the app does appear to be missing from the Play Store currently.

I’ll get this looked into as soon as possible.

Thanks again for the timely response and looking into it.

While you are getting it sorted out with Google Play, can you give me a link where I might download the APK file to do a manual install? We’re in a crisis situation with our current ticketing system and I need to test the app ASAP.

Hi Everyone…

Tony – thank you for giving me the link to the APK. I was able to install it and get it working.

However we are set to roll out EE next week. Our tour guides will need to be able to install the app on their own from the play store. We don’t have time to walk each one of them through downloading the app, and manually installing it by overriding their phone’s security settings.

Any ETA on when the plugin will reappear in the Google Play store?

No ETA as yet, we are still investigating the issue. We will update the thread once we know more.
