Hi, Sorry I can’t see the answer to this anywhere. How long after the registration date does the Registration Pending Payment email automatically send (if they register but then abandon at the Payment page)?
It would not actually send. This is because they did not finalize the registration at the Payment page.
The Registration Pending Payment email is triggered if/when they select an offline payment method (including Invoice, Cheque, EFT) then click the Finalize Registration button.

Ok. No I don’t offer an offline option like Invoice (as it just encourages them to take forever to pay) but occasionally they do need an invoice first (like gov departments) so that’s cool.
Sounds like I send the reminder email manually, is that right?
That’s correct, and you can activate the invoice payment method (for sending invoices) but keep it deactivated for the front end of the site by setting the Invoice payment methods “Usable from?” option to Admin only.
