We’ve moved to virtual events. In the past, the person registered and I could send them the location. Now, when they register they need to get the Attendee link for the virtual event.
What’s the best way to use Event Espresso to give the Attendees the link for the event?
Is there a way to send an email to all participants (or even a calendar invitation) with the particular attendee link?

Hi there,
So I’m assuming the attendee link is the same for all registrants?
One option is to use the ‘batch’ email and include the link within that.
You go to Event Espresso -> Events -> {hover over event name} -> Registrations.
That lists all registration for that event.
Select the registrations you want to send the message to and click the ‘Send Batch Message’ at the bottom of the list.
Select a template, edit the content to suit and include the link there, then send.

You also have the option of including the link within a custom field in the event itself and then pulling that custom fields into the say the ‘Registration Approved’ message type, meaning your attendees automatically receive the link when they complete the registration.
Would that work better for your future events?
