I have been told that the administrator receives the “Event Payment Details” email for all delegates, but only receives the “Event Registration Details” email for Paypal payers (not for invoiced payers whose payment she applies herself).
Also, a delegate has said that she did not receive a confirmation email.
They’ll need to update to the current version of Event Espresso, and it will also help the individuals that don’t return from PayPal if the PayPal Auto return feature is enabled in the PayPal account.
The registrations that were paid by invoice would not normally trigger an admin email unless those are set to send when they payment is made, or the default registration status is set to Approved.
