Do this plugin have any payment gateway like paypal IPN?
As you mention on this link inside heading

see second point here you mention that this free version have “process payment via IPN”.
On my localhost i am using this free version WHEN I GO
wp-admin->dashboard->Event Espresso->Payment Setting->Paypal Setting
and activating that particular gate way it showing me this message

For PayPal IPN to work, you need a Business or Premier account.

why this message?

Don’t have any functionality for purchase event in event espresso free version?
