I run various events using Event Espresso. These include one-off events as well as subscriptions. Recently several people signing up to my weekly subscription class seem to have had this recognised as a one-off payment. This problem dates from early January but have just spotted it. I cant see anything I have done to cause this but who knows. Any answers?

Event Espresso doesn’t officially support subscriptions, may I ask, which payment method are you using for thos?

I have been running subscription based classes for three years using this method so I’m a bit mystified

How were you setting the payments to be subscriptions within Stripe?
We have never officially supported subscription payments within Stripe, did you maybe have some custom development done by a developer?

We pushed an update for Stripe in November so it’s possible they changed something within the addon to allow for this which was then overwritten with the update.
I’m just guessing currently but we may be able to add another filter to the plugin for them to make changed if needed.

Turns out we go via Forms. But the original problem was to do with me using a wrong link to ask for payments. Human error, predictably, but glad to have got to the bottom of it. Thanks for your help
