Hello,
I run a twice weekly art festival with many other festivals within our season. I’d like to automate the vendor registration by allowing them to choose their space at the time of registration. We do offer mulit-day discounts for participants, and would like to force them to chose a different space for each event they register for.
So my questions are these:
– Is this the right plug-in for us?
– Is there a random select button for those that do not wish to pick their space?
– Can I charge different prices for different spaces?
– Is there a way for people to cancel (with no refund) and make the space available again?
– Do you have a team that could build the plug-in for me for a fee?

Event Espresso does not currently have a random logic option for selecting a space.
If each space was created as an event, then you could setup different pricing.
You could allow vendors to cancel by using the [ESPRESSO_MY_EVENTS] which will show them all current registrations:
