we need your engineers to set up tickets for a 7 days conference

Hello,
as discussed earlier, IBF would like you to set up prices for conference fees and accommodation for our first “Event Espresso” conference in Bavaria. What steps are necessary to get your support in this case? I believe you wrote me once how this works and how much it costs, but I fear I forgot it….;) Thanks in advance for your reply.
