We get two of the same Registration confirmation emails for each registration. No matter which event it is. Clients seem to get only one email confirmation.
The first confirmation comes in right after registrations, the other takes maybe 5 minutes. Both are the same confirmation type.
I hope you can help figure out why this happens.

We have another member that reported something similar earlier this month but we have not been able to duplicate it yet. So I understand correctly, your email address is receiving duplicates within a few minutes of each other but the client is not?
Could you tell us more on how the emails are set?
Are both of you set as recipients for the event admin for the registration approved message type?
Also, could you confirm that you are on the latest version of Event Espresso 4?

Correct, client does only get 1 confirmation. We do even get 3 actually.
I don’t understand the question, how emails are set. Under primary contact email, there is one email address.

By client, do you mean the business / website owner or is the client actually the registrant/attendee?
Typically, sending copies of the event admin emails is done by adding additional emails to the TO field for the event admin recipient for the registration approved message type. What is currently set there?
