We cannot connect the EventEspresso App for CheckIn

Hi, we have problems trying to use our website with the app.
We are getting this error:

ERROR OCURRED
The requested resource could not be found but may be available again in the future. Subsequent requests by the client are permissible.

We already followed a lot of post from other users and eventespresso staff but we are running out of time to try to do it by ourselves.

Hi Gabriel,

Can you double-check the password and resend the support token form? When I tried logging into the wp-admin on your site, this error was shown:

ERROR: La contraseña que has introducido para el usuario es incorrecta.

Josh, i already fixed it.

I used this: https://github.com/WP-API/Basic-Auth/issues/1

I will save one of the tokens for future help

I went ahead and made an edit to the .htaccess file because the edit made there wasn’t quite right.

Sure, there was a line of code that had been added to the .htaccess file:

RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [E=HTTP_AUTHORIZATION:%{HTTP:Authorization},L]

It should have actually replaced this line of code:

RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L]
