We are not able to view a transaction invoice for a specific transactation

We are not able to see a transaction invoice or receipt for a specific transaction. Here is a screencast showing the problem: https://s.jollity.dev/8LuYlDER

I am not sure if that is related, but for this transition, the client has registered for 5 events in one single transaction. One of the registration was wrong and he asked us to cancel it.

Hi there,

It looks like the Primary registrant for that group has been cancelled.

The primary registrant is the registrant that links all of the details together and is considered to be the registrant responsible for the group. As that’s now cancelled EE doesn’t know what to do with the transaction.

Try changing that to Pending Payment, does that fix the Receipt/Invoice? (As a stop gap, it’s not a ‘proper’ solution to this)

If you need to cancel that specific registration on this group you may need to recreate the group registration with the correct registrations as the primary registration is required.
