Currently, attendees are receiving email prior to payment being received. It causes some confusion as you can imagine. Some people are not completing the process, yet they now have a ticket to the event.
I’ve set Show Payment Options for Pending Payments on the Overview page to “Yes.” in General Settings
I’ve set Enable attendee pre-approval feature to “No” in General Settings
To prevent the attendees from receiving the confirmation email prior to payment, you need to change “Send registration confirmation emails before payment is received?” option to “No” in the General Settings of Event Espresso.
