Our attendees (typically 500+ per event) purchase tickets 6 months in advance. While they receive tickets upon registration, they regularly lose them or forget whether they’ve purchased them. I receive dozens of calls and emails as the event gets nearer asking whether they have tickets.
I would LOVE a way for attendees to be able to visit a place on our website where they can verify their ticket status so I don’t have to deal with all these calls.
PLEASE tell me there’s a way I can do this. 🙂

Hi Brian,
There’s a feature included in the WP User Integration add-on for EE4 that allows a logged in user to see all of their past registrations in a list.

Thanks Josh. I already know how to find out whether an attendee has a ticket. I’m trying to find a way for ANYONE to go to a page on the site, type in their name or email address and see if there’s a ticket purchased in their name for the upcoming event. So, essentially, I need a ticket search feature that DOESN’T require people to be logged in

Event Espresso doesn’t actually have a ticket search feature as you describe, but you can use the [ESPRESSO_EVENT_ATTENDEES] short code to display lists of attendees:
