Hey guys,
I noticed those signing up on the waitlist only enter name and email. Is there a way to grab all of the same information as you would when they register (personal information question group)?

Hi Derek,
Not currently.
The waitlist is a placeholder for the possibility of a space opening up, if that happens the user should receive an email which they can use add all of their details to the event.

Is there somewhere I can make the suggestion of adding at least the registrants phone number? Sometimes it’s a time-sensitive issue to fill a spot and is easier simply to phone the registrant rather than waiting for a potential response from an email.

Adding questions to the waitlist form can be done already using filters, adding all of the registration questions to the form is a different ball game though.
EE is littered with hooks (which iirc your not to comfortable with just yet based previous threads) that let you do pretty much whatever you want to do, adding the phone number question to that form is no exception 🙂
