Waitlist question

Can the Waitlist be tied to individual tickets instead of the overall event? We have an event that has several different tickets (different class times). We would like to allow people to get on a waitlist for the time that they want to go as soon as that time sells out, instead of just waiting until the whole event sells out before they can sign up for the waitlist.

Hi there,

Not currently no, the waitlist feature is based on the event status.

Applying the registration counts for each individual ticket will increase the queries per ticket selector significantly so for the time being we base it solely on event status.

Too bad. Guess she’ll have to manually add people.
