Waitlist Preferred Option blank / empty

Users can’t add themselves to a waiting list as the preferred option dropdown isn’t clickable and is empty of any content.

Found a similar issue from a year ago but can’t see a solution:

So the reason the waitlist add-on is not showing any tickets is it will only show ‘active’ tickets.

By that, I don’t mean they must have a status of ‘active’ as then they would never show for ‘sold out’ ticket but rather a ticket that would be available for sale based on the Sale Starts and Sell Until dates.

All of your tickets are sold out, but even if they weren’t none of them would be available for sale right now as the ‘Sell Until’ date is in the past. If you want those tickets to show on the waitlist options you’ll need to set the ‘Sell Until’ dates to be something in the future.
