We have installed and activated the waitlist manager add-on but not sure why its not working. We have an event with 8 different tickets available on it and so far 3 of those tickets are sold out. But, it’s not offering waitlist.
Does it only work if ALL tickets are sold out first?
I will share private link in next post but basically we have ONE Spring Break event, and then we have a Friday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Friday, Monday, Tuesday as available tickets. Some of those days (tickets) are sold out, but some are not. I was under the assumption that if it was sold out then people could join wait list?
Yes, the waitlist add-on is based on the event status rather than the individual tickets.
That means the waitlist option will only show when the event itself shows as sold out rather than as it is now with some of the tickets showing sold out.
