I have an event that is sold out but I am not getting a Join the wait list button to show up. The event has a wait list space count of 10. Not sure what I’m not doing right.

I also have mutli-event registration plugin activated. I deactivated thinking it was causing a conflict, but same result – no “join the wait list” button available.

Hi there,
The waitlist add-on displays for sold out events rather than sold out datetime/tickets within an event.
So right now you have a single ticket/datetime within an event that is sold out, meaning the waitlist option will not show for that specific ticket, it would only show if all of the tickets show on the ticket selector above were sold out.

Gotcha. So it sounds like I would need to create this as a separate event for it to work.

If you need waitlist registration for that specific event then yes, you’ll need to separate it out into its own event.
