Hi there,
We’re not seeing the waitlist option show up.

I do see that there are 3 waitlist spaces set up correctly in the backend. I’m not sure when this began to happen – they’ve not gotten any waitlist signups since 2022 – but that might be due to not needing any.
We did go through a major redesign about a year ago – I’d like to understand where the Waitlist button is supposed to show, to see if I have accidentally hidden it – but I can’t locate.
Any ideas on why we’re not getting tha button to show?

Hi Shelly,
That event was for March 5th, so it’s an expired event in the past.
We don’t display a waitlist option for expired events, we only show a waitlist option for upcoming events that have a status of Sold Out, so it’s expected for that particular event not to show a waitlist button.
Is there another event you are currently expecting the waitlist option to show up on?
