Hi, I installed the multi event plug in + the volume discount.
I have set:
Discount based on – Number of registrations
Discount threshold – 2
Discount amount – 10
Discount type – percentage
Now I expect that when I want to buy a ticket for 2 persons, I got 10 percent discount. This is not what I get, no discount at all:

How to get 10% discount when buying a tickers for 2 persons or more?

I just discovered this:
the discount does only work when somebody registers by the shopping cart. When you register directly, the discount is not calculated. This makes the plugin useless for me. Is there any way to make the discount calculated by just signing up without using the shopping cart?

Hi,
Unfortunately not, the Volume Discounts addon requires Multiple Event Registration (the cart) in order to function).

Thank you for your answer. I see also now that the amount is calculated totally wrong:
Total EUR 39.00
Discount: EUR3.51
Total EUR31.59
Is there any way to get a refund?
