From the thank you page, when I click on View Full Order Confirmation Receipt, it goes to a blank page and the receipt never loads.

Hi there,
If you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message templates do you see the Receipt template there?
If so click on that to edit the template, do you see content there or is it blank?

There are usually multiple pages of templates, did you check both (there should be navigation arrows at the bottom right of the list).
If its not listed, go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Settings -> HTML.
Check where the Receipt is on that section, active or de-active?
If active, more it to the de-active box, wait a few seconds and move it back.
Now recheck the template list, does it show?

Or are the sections blank?

It was blank. I just hit reset to default and it was back to what it should be.
