I finally got the view cart link to show up but it does not go to the view cart page.
Event Esp ver 3.1.34.P

If so, it needs to be a page, not a blog archive, and it needs to have the [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] shortcode on it. You might accidently set this page to use a blog archive template. If that’s the case you can change it to use a standard or default page template.”
This is set to default page.
Do I need to make a cart page also or is it supposed to be a page that EE makes?

Hi Bruce,
I checked and
http://quapawbsaevents.org/event-registration/
goes to a 404 not found page. It looks like the permalinks are set to default, which is fine as long as you’re okay with urls that look like:
http://quapawbsaevents.org/?page_id=56
To answer your question, the cart page is one of the pages that [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] dynamically creates a view for. The same is true for each step of the registration process up until the Thank You page.
You might try going into WP > Settings > Permalinks and try re-saving the permalinks settings. That may help.
Another thing you can try is create a new WordPress page, place [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] into the page content, then go into Event Espresso>General settings and set this new page to be the Main Registration page.
