EE Version: Registration link: https://truepointp.com/event-registration/?ee=11 Custom CSS code being used in My Custom CSS Plug-in: I can see the button on the registration page, but it doesn’t take us to the shopping cart where there should be 3 different pricing options. Also, sometimes I have to click on Registration button twice for it even to open the new page. Thanks for input! |

This short code response does not help me! Thanks! |
Hi there, I checked on this and it appears to be working from our end. |

Thank you. I have tested on multiple browsers and sent it to outside folks for testing. It appears that sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. If we open it and click on it, we often have to click on the button twice for it to do anything and it goes to a Page not Found. WE can close the link and do it again and then it finally goes to the correct shopping cart page! Any idea why this might happen? Thanks again! |
Hi Michael, I took a look at this and I see that the link appears to add some duplicate folders: Do you have a redirection plugin in place? Could you go to WP admin –> Settings –> Permalinks and resave the existing settings? — |

Thank you. I did that and now for some reason it works on my computer, but I sent it to my personal MAC and to a co-worker and they are still having the same issue. It shows Register and then you have to click again on Add to Cart and then it goes to page not found. Thoughts? |
Your CSS button shouldn’t cause this (I see this has been removed). Could you try temporarily deactivating all plugins and reactivating Event Espresso and re-testing? I’m on a Mac and viewing the page in Chrome and it fails on the initial click but works the second time. — |

Okay! Here is the update. I did that and noticed we had a plug-in, WordPress HTTPS, that maybe was also putting a security s on our links and perhaps that was causing some issues? It works for me and my co-worker, so I think we are good!! Thank you! Can you please also test it one more time from your end? |

oops and now my new problem…when I try to put things in my cart…and enter Attendee information I get the following: http://truepointp.com/event-registration/?regevent_action=load_checkout_page thoughts? |
That will happen if you try to go through registration without select one of the tickets. — |
