Hi – in 2014 people posted about having an issue with not being able to embed a video within an event. When you put the iframe code in the “text” section of the wordpress post, it simply gets stripped. I tried the past solutions that were posted, but past solutions are no longer working. Did something happen in the update?

Hi Nancy,
Have you tried embedding the video without the iframe code? It turns out most video hosting sites are supported by WordPress where you just put the link to the video on its own line and WordPress takes care of the rest:
