Hey guys,
question. Just curous if you have ever considered making more Video Tutorials. Looks like back in 2013 you started to be active with video but now not so much.
Like the Ipad app, WP user Integration and Mobile App. Both could use some up to date video tutorials.
Maybe I’m just not finding them on Youtube.
If you know of any, please share, or maybe talk with your team about having someone spend a few weeks making up to date video tutorials for all of your add-ons. It would do nothing but help promote your brand, increase sales and retain current customers.
maybe hire a marketing guy. Just a suggestion. Because video is where it’s at these days and new younger customers will expect it compared to reading documentation.

Like this video is awesome example of showing how event espresso works.

Also, in future updates, maybe instead of just leaving it bare boned, you can sell PHP codes for popular requests like recommended events in the cart, and better multiple events registration feature. THE MER addon needs some modern updates.
The answer I find on support tickets and the answers given to me were to hire a developer, but what if you made the code for sale, and included video tutorial with it?
That way we would know that we were inserting the code the Event Espresso developers recommend.
All of these thoughts are coming from the fact that I am really starting to worry that EE isn’t growing in the right direction. And our business relies on it heavily currently. It works great, don’t get me wrong. I’m a 5 star review all the way. But I have to also think about the future, and what I see is worrying me.
Is there any announcements, or like an EE blog post explaining your plans for the future? I’ve looked and what I’ve found wasn’t much.
