Apologies but I’m not really sure I understand your question.
License’s with Event Espresso are valid for 12 months and give you access to support and updates within that timeframe, it looks like your license expired in 2014 so you won’t have access to the ‘regular’ versions of EE3/EE4 and their add-ons but will have access to the EE3 Lite and EE4 Decaf (which are basically versions with limited features).
Those don’t need a license so show under all accounts.
