Also, there are no templates in the Uploads/EE/templates folder. I am using the default templates and this is a new install.

Hi Scott,
Are you seeing any errors on the page if you view it with Chrome developer tools or Firebug?
Do you see the same issue if you temporarily deactivate all plugins and reactivate Event Espresso?

Hi Lorenzo,
Plugins do not appear to be the issue. I have deactivated them all and the screen is still the same.

If you click Register, enter some values in the form (3 fields) and click submit, you will see the page issue.

Hi Scott,
Your themes CSS has hidden the data. The table that should be shown has a class called grid. Your theme uses several CSS rules that hide and change the look of the data that should be displayed there.
By adding the following to your themes style.css or to a plugin such as My Custom CSS, it will bring back the content.
.grid {
background: none;
position: relative;
left: 0;
top: 0;
width: 100%;
height: auto;
z-index: 999;
display: block;
}
However, it will still not display correctly. There is something else in the theme (I assume) that is causing issues still but I cannot pinpoint exactly what it is.
If you would like to confirm it is the theme for sure, please swap to a default theme such as twentytwelve temporarily (this plugin is useful to test a theme without actually swapping to it http://wordpress.org/plugins/theme-test-drive/)
