Venue postcode and country outside US & Canada

Hi guys
We’re getting Unknown for both Country and Postcode because Australia is not an option in EE4’s venue options. I am wondering if you have a way of fixing this?

Hi Glen,

You could add the Australia state pack from here:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/install-new-state-province-packs/

and enabled Australia to be available within the dropdowns if you prefer? You can also remove the default USA and Canada if your not using those and just leave Australia (and its ‘states’) available for selection.
