A customer recently pointed out to me that the Venue information (location details) was missing from Event Registration pages. This was not missing before. I need this information to appear so guests know which event they are registering for. Please help. How to I assure this information will show? Thank you.
There is an option to enable or disable venues on the single event page. Please login to your WordPress admin and find Event Espresso in the admin menus. Then click on General Settings and then Templates.
Set the display venue details option to Yes and save changes.
Yes what Lorenzo showed you was for EE4, sorry about that.
In EE3 you need to make sure that the venue has been created and has also been allocated to the individual event (via the Event Editor http://take.ms/3AIO0)
Also in the Template Settings page, make sure that these options are set correctly:
Display addresses in the event listings?
Display the address in the registration form?
