Is there a way to include the venue description in the event confirmation email? We host courses at medical facilities all over the united states and while I can display the venue address, I need to add special instructions like:
“go to the employee entrance in building C, take left corridor, third conference room on the right.”
My other option is to figure out a way to include a .pdf brochure with the same info.

something I haven’t considered that you guru’s come up with:)

Hi Chris,
It seems we don’t have an email tag for that.
If the instructions are just in plain text you could use the event meta boxes.
If you add a meta box called special_instructions, then just add the email tag [special_instructions] to the email and the meta content will display.
