I have an event where I need to sell four tours all leaving at different times, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, and 9pm. I need to be able to charge for adults and children at different prices: $20 for Adults, $10 for Children. I can only have 30 people total in each tour. How do I set this up?

Hi there,

I have an event where I need to sell four tours all leaving at different times, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, and 9pm.

Within each single event you would need a datetime for each time so you would have 4 – http://take.ms/fHc1j

Then to allow users to purchase tickets for each individual datetime you will need 2 tickets for each datetime – http://take.ms/ln7VbH

(You can name the tickets and datetimes whatever you prefer, I’ve added the times to illustrate how they are set up)

Then within each ticket, click the cog icon and assign the ticket only to the datetimes it is relevant to, for example the 6pm tickets should only be assigned to the 6pm datetime – http://take.ms/8B6Qy

Set the limit for each time slot on the datetime itself – http://take.ms/hgOx5

The user then selects the correct tickets for the correct time and the sales for that ticket only apply to the datetime it is selected for. Ticket sales for a specific time will stop when the sold value on the datetime reaches 30.
