Hello |
Hi there, If you go to Event Espresso -> Events -> Templates. At the bottom of the page are the settings for the ticket selector. Within those find ‘Show Date & Time Filter?’ and set that to ‘Maybe show date & time filter’. Then set the ‘Date & Time Filter Threshold’ to a value that suits. It is the number of unique datetimes required on an event before the dropdown will show, start with something low like 3 and then increase if needed. That will display a dropdown of the datetimes on an event within the ticket selector which can be used to filter the tickets shown. |

thank you I already know that. that is ok. but for each weekly event I have about 20 ticket types, if I want to make the weekly event bookable individually each day. so for example, parent could book: Monday Morning, Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday whole day and Thurday morning (like modules of the week). but this means I need to make all elements as single tickets and there is no grouoping methodology, for example a title: singe elements: Monday morning (and then click on it and it shows all options… |
Apologies for the delayed reply but I’m not sure I follow. Why can you not use single tickets on single datetimes within the event and then filter those down using the method I mentioned? The above is currently the only ‘filtering’ we have on individual events/the ticket selector and I’m not sure I understand the problem enough to give a recommendation for anything else yet (if we have one). |
