Using"back" in the browser takes me to the current month, not the month I was on

Here’s how my calendar is behaving:

– Go forward in calendar view to a different month (say, from August to September)
– Click on single event
– Hit back in the browser
– Browser takes me to August, even though I was on September

Is there a way to get the browser to take me to the last place I was on the calendar?

(Note, this behavior occurs in Chrome and FF, but Safari behaves the way I want it to).

Hi there,

Currently the calendar loads the current month on each page load and then allows the user to navigate through the events from there, it does not store any details of the current view to reload when the browser reloads the page (or the user click back).
