Do you have a phone number or contact at Mijireh? Please help me, I have an unhappy client who is not too keen on EE right now!

I have paid – twice – for priority support from Mjirieh and have yet to receive even an email confirmation, let alone any actual support. I think you should consider dropping them as a payment gateyway provider on EE, they really suck. The slurping page got set up just fine, but when I submit payment info, I get this error message: ERROR INFO:
Unauthorized Request. Bad or missing credentials.

I’m sorry you’re having problems with Mijireh.

ERROR INFO:
Unauthorized Request. Bad or missing credentials.

So that’s shown after inputting the card details?

Which payment method provider are you using within Mijireh?

Payeezy, or First Data (Payeezy is not an option on Mijireh)

okay, it seems to be working now. Mijireh must have logged into the site and fixed something, I see that there is a different test transaction. Not that I’ve received any acknowledgement whatsoever that they are handling the case or what the issue was. And they have no knowledge base, their last zendesk case was like 2 years ago. Terrible customer service from Mijireh! Thanks for your prompt response.

Hello,

Payments through First Data Payeezy are now available for Event Espresso.

You have an everything support license for Event Espresso so you have access to the new payment method.

Here are the steps to switch:

1) Download First Data Payeezy from your account page here: https://eventespresso.com/users/falmoutharts/#ee4-downloads

2) Upload and activate the plugin through your WordPress dashboard (WP-admin)

3) Follow these steps to locate your credentials: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/first-data-payeezy-payment-gateway#locate

4) Then add them to First Data Payeezy and try a registration on your site using the new payment method. Confirm that payments are working.

5) Deactivate Mijireh through the payment methods screen.
