Hi,

We are trying to use the app to check people into our events now.
At first the app couldn’t even connect to our website, but now it has randomly started working, however when we log in using our admin details it comes up with,
“Sorry, you are not allowed to list events. Missing permission: ee_read_events, ee_read_other_events, ee_read_private_events”

Have gone through user permissions and checked this. Have also tried it on a different account also, and that doesn’t work.

How can we fix this issue to log in and use the Event Espresso App.

Thanks
Latham

Hi Latham,

The troubleshooting section of the app’s documentation has some steps to work through for this:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/ee4-event-apps/#troubleshooting

I’m assuming you haven’t done that yet? If so can you try adding the code posted there to your site.
