I want to create custom event listings using CrocoBlock JetEngine. I have added a number of custom fields to my Event posts (normal WP custom fields). However, I am unable to see the custom fields when laying out my listing in Elementor. Is there a way I can achieve this without having to mess with the templates?

Hi there,

Officially Event Espresso doesn’t support any page builders and I never seen/used CrocoBlock to be able to give you any pointers for this.

I assume CrocoBlock JetEngine would normally show custom fields for custom post types? Have you confirmed they show with another post type at all?

It would be a plus for Event Espresso to support page builders. Modifying code to get basic views of my event data is a nonstarter.

I have figured out a way to get this to work using JetEngine’s Meta Boxes. That allows me to associate custom meta data with Event Espresso posts. I can then pull these meta fields into different views constructed using the Listings feature in JetEngine.
