Users with payment not completed lost

When a user signs up but does not complete the payment and retries the purchase, the first record is deleted, this is right?

Hello,

There is a warning that lets them know not to repeatedly click back to start over with their registration.

If they click okay to go past the browser warning and then try another registration, then the prior one that was in progress would be replaced.
