We are having select problems with some Users Unable to See Events they Purchased. We are using MER and WP User Integration. I can verify that it happens when I sign-in as the User and go to My Events Management. Yet the problem does not exist for other users. I can verify the customer’s event are shown as Attendees in the admin back-end. All payments are through PayPal.
Were the users logged in when they purchased? If they were not, then the events are not allocated to that user, so will not be seen.
