Users Reporting Frozen Site When Selecting Number of Tickets

We’ve had a number of users report that when they’re checking out for an event on the event page – when they try to select the number of tickets to purchase, the cursor turns into a spinning wheel / waiting image, and won’t load.

We’re using EE3, unsure what browser / system the users have been using, it doesn’t seem to be all users, just some.

Hi,

You could try deactivating the Autoptimize plugin. That plugin is known to cause issues like the one you’ve described.
