Hi,
I’m using strip for payments on my site, however when someone goes to try and pay, it stops them and they’re not able to enter any Credit Card information in order to process the transaction. How do I correct this, I have the stripe account set up and everything For example. http://www.westendproductions.org/buytickets/?uts=1629850053#checkout

Hi there,
The link above is tied to your current session so when anyone else opens that link it shows ‘Nothing in your event queue’, however, I did find your event and start a registration to test this.
After selecting the Stripe payment method (clicking on ‘Pay by credit card’) it showed the correct fields for me and allowed me to input card details.
Are you clicking on a payment method to open the payment section?

Hi Tony,
Thank you for your quick support for this, Interesting, yes I’m clicking on the “pay by credit card” payment method to open the payment selection but when it navigates to the payment section there are no fields to enter any kind of card details, The section is there but I cannot enter anything anywhere?

Thank you for the screenshot, I missed the fact that your original link is HTTP.
Stripe (and most payment methods) require you load the checkout over HTTPS to work.
Test by starting from this like:
https://www.westendproductions.org
Does it work then?
If so the best thing you can do is switch the site to load over HTTPS and for that you can use a plugin like Really Simple SSL:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/
That will set your site to always load over HTTPS and redirect HTTP over to HTTPS which should allow the payment method to work.
