It seems that when users sign up for a membership at https://bridgestonejrtour.com/tour-application/ they are assigned a Role for 2021 membership. Users still can not see the tournament registration information even after logging in and a user account is created. Also, I noticed that users from previous tour years (2020, 2019, etc.) do not have problems with logging in and seeing the tournament registration information.
Ok, so if you edit that event and click on the icon and the ticket will have a ‘Ticket Capability Requirement’ option.
What is that set to? (You can mark your reply private if preferred)
Whatever it is set to, confirm that the user accounts being created above have that capability, or, update the tickets to have a capability they do have.
