But in our Stripe account, we can see the payment received.
In wp admin panel account of our site, when we go to [Our site url]/wp-admin/admin.php?page=espresso_registrations, it’s showing Registrations but with value ‘Abandoned’ under column heading ‘TXN Date’.
Sounds like a fatal error is being thrown which then doesn’t allow the request to complete and leaves the registration (and transaction) status incomplete.
First, go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Settings (tab)
What is the ‘Generate and send all messages’ option currently set to?
Do you have access to the server error logs? (You host will usually have a section in your control panel to view errors)
If so, take a look there around the time of the registration and see if there are any error logged from Event Espresso, paste those here.
