user experience cannot be deactivate

hi,

Online event registration and ticketing powered by Event Espresso
i have been trying to deactivate user experiance from admin menu i check and unchecked but is not responding.

my login details are:

Hi there,

In the latest version of Event Espresso (currently 4.9.63.p) we added some additional code to prevent this issue, if you have not updated to the latest version can you update and confirm if you have the same problem, please?

yes i have updated to Version 4.9.63.p, so what is next?

And saving the option still does not save on that version?

If you change something else on the general settings page (For example temporarily add ‘2’ to the organization name) when setting the option to false and click save, does it work then?

May I ask what happens when you try to uncheck the box for the option?
