Hi Guys
We want to allow users to cancel a registration.
In others post responses there is some suggestion that users can cancel their own registrations if the ‘EE4 WP User Integration’ shortcode [ESPRESSO_MY_EVENTS] is used.
We are using this and I can find no button that allows the user to cancel a registration. Am I missing something like does it need specific configuration?

Hello,
A registrant/attendee can change the contact information for their registration but they cannot currently cancel their own registration and receive a refund (if applicable).
An event admin (event author) would need to cancel a registration and then create the refund through the merchant account.
