Hello-
can you point me in the direction on how we can add a pdf background to the documents (invoices). This would really make things easier and nicer.

Hi there,
We don’t have an option to do it, but you can manually add inline styles to the Invoice within the admin to do it.
Go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default Message Template -> Invoice -> Edit Purchaser.
In the main content section switch to Text mode.
Find the <div id=invoice> element and add some inline styles to apply a background image to it, for example:
<div id="invoice" style="background-image: url(https://example.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/vegetables.jpg); background-size: 100%;">
Obviously you’ll need to change the URL of the image for your own but I’m not sure how this will make it easier as you’ll then need to go through and override any additional styles used which may block out your background image.
