Use Attendee #1’s information is not copying over the information.
BUT, when you click “Advanced Copy Options”, and check those options, it does work.
Not seeing any Javascript errors triggered…

Hi there,
If you view the site using a default theme such as twentyseventeen does it work then?
The JS used on that page just triggers the click event on all of the individual checkboxes, I suspect something else is changing the click events on the page, most likely the theme.

Ah, looks like an older version of enqueued jquery was the culprit. 1.8.3 doesn’t work.

Usually it’s best to stick with the version of jQuery that’s bundled with WordPress core. If you want to serve the same version from a CDN, this plugin can automate the process:
