Can the informational text below this checkbox be hidden? My client doesn’t want that text to be displayed, but they want the ability to copy attendee #1’s info to additional attendees.

Hi there,
You can hide those with some CSS:
.spco-copy-attendee-pg,
#more-attendee-copy-options-dv,
#display-more-attendee-copy-options {
display: none;
}
Add that to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS.
