We’ve created tickets for an event multiple times over multiple years. I’m creating tickets for another event now and for some reason when we enable multiple tickets and add a question group for additional attendees, the ‘use attendee #1 information for all attendees’ does not appear on the registration page.
All I’ve been able to find searching the forums is how to hide it. Haven’t been able to find any advice as to why it might be missing.
It should just show automatically if you have the same question group selected in both the Primary Registrant and Additional Registrant question groups on the event (THIS).
Can you link me to an event I can run a test registration on to view your setup?
I checked and we do have the same question group selected for the Primary Registrant and Additional Registrant. It’s the default question group but we have changed it’s name.
The trouble is, someone added some custom CSS to your site’s Customizer that hides it. If you can remove that custom CSS (shown in the screenshot, outlined in red) the copy checkbox form will display again.
Thank you! Not sure when/who put that custom CSS in there but I’ll get it removed.
