Hi there,

We (EventEspresso.com) do not have a payment method for USAePay although one is available through a 3rd party here:

I assume that is the one you are using?

If so you’ll need to contact the above to investigate this as we do not provide support for 3rd party plugins.

However, I did take a quick look at the error you posted and found this:

If you search for ‘Source Key Not Found’ (Shows code 23 rather than 13) the full error is:

The source key provided did not match any of the currently active keys.

That to me suggests you need to check your USAePay account and confirm the source key you are using is still valid, however, note that I have never used the above or even seen any of the code used so that simply an educated guess.
